Every jewel leaves in a gift box with a polishing cloth. Hungary: typically 1–2 business days; EU: 2–5.

Hungary — rates

The checkout always shows the live rate. Current Diana Silver prices:

  • Pickup point / parcel locker: HUF 1,490
  • Home delivery: HUF 1,990
  • Cash on delivery is home-delivery only, with a HUF 589 surcharge. COD is not available for lockers.
  • A free-shipping coupon (INGYENSZALLITAS) or a published threshold can bring shipping to HUF 0. The COD surcharge is not waived.

EU & abroad

EU addresses typically arrive in 2–5 business days. Checkout shows the rate for the selected country.

How you can receive it

  • Courier to your door (GLS, Packeta and partners).
  • Parcel locker or pickup point (Foxpost, GLS, Packeta, MPL).
  • Showroom pickup in Budapest by appointment.

Packaging

Every jewellery item includes 1 gift box and 1 polishing cloth, added to the cart automatically.

Returns

Consumers may withdraw within 14 days of receipt, no reason needed. Return postage is paid by the buyer; we refund after the parcel arrives. See the terms for the full rules.
