Returns policy

This policy applies to consumers who buy jewellery from dianasilver.com, including delivery to Austria. The seller is Diana Silver Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság (Diana Silver Kft.).

Withdrawal period

You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. If the order arrives in more than one parcel, the period starts when you receive the last parcel. You may also withdraw between placing the order and receiving the goods.

How to withdraw

Send a clear statement to info@dianasilver.hu or by post to the address above. The deadline is met if you send the statement before the 14 days end. We confirm receipt by email.

Sending the item back

Send the item back without undue delay, and at the latest within 14 days of your withdrawal statement, to:

The deadline is met if you dispatch the parcel before it ends. You pay the cost of the return shipment. Withdrawal does not add any other charge.

Refund

We refund every payment we received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery we offered. We do not refund the extra cost of a more expensive delivery method. The refund is made within 14 days of receiving your statement, using the same payment method, unless you expressly agree otherwise. We may wait to refund until the item is back or you have proved that you sent it.

Condition of the item

You may examine the jewellery as you could in a shop. You are responsible for any loss in value only if it comes from handling beyond that examination.

When withdrawal does not apply

There is no right of withdrawal for goods made to your instructions or clearly personalised for you, for example engraving or a custom piece.

Faulty items

If a piece is faulty, write to info@dianasilver.hu. Statutory warranty rights are unaffected.
